I have always had great interactions with the entire staff of Park Place Dental. At my last appointment I arrived early when the hygienist was at their lunch break. Rather than have me wait (which would have been very reasonable!) Dr. Allen took the time to do my cleaning herself. Top treatment from a great team!

I highly recommend Park Place Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. Unlike other dentists I've seen, I don't feel anxiety going to Dr. Allen -- I actually look forward to my appointments! I have only great things to say about this practice! Dr. Allen is fantastic. But the thing about this practice that really impresses me is that the staff really works together as a team. When I come in, I don't re-explain myself to six different people. They all know who I am, the hygienist and front desk staff and Dr. Allen all obviously communicate well. They are thoughtful and kind. I changed to this practice after a really negative experience with another practice, and I was just wowed from the very beginning. Every single person at this office is caring and good at what they do; I have never once felt like they were too busy or too stressed to take the time to care for me, even though this is a busy practice with lots of moving parts. And the icing on the cake is that this is one of the only practices (medical or dental) that I have ever been to in which I have never been incorrectly billed. Cannot recommend this team enough!
